BREAKING NEWS:Penn State Wrestling Promotes Cody Sanderson to Associate Head Coach
University Park, PA – Penn State wrestling coach Cael Sanderson has announced the promotion of Cody Sanderson to Associate Head Coach, effective immediately.
Cody Sanderson, Cael’s brother, has been an integral part of the Penn State wrestling staff since 2011, serving as an assistant coach and helping the Nittany Lions win eight NCAA team championships.
“Cody has been an invaluable member of our coaching staff,” said Cael Sanderson. “His expertise and dedication have played a significant role in our program’s success.”
As Associate Head Coach, Cody Sanderson will continue to work closely with Cael Sanderson to develop and implement the team’s training plans, while also taking on additional responsibilities in recruiting and program management.
The promotion is a well-deserved recognition of Cody Sanderson’s contributions to the Penn State wrestling program.
