
KERKVLIET CELEBRATES WIN OVER MICHIGAN’S DAVISON

University Park, PA – Penn State wrestler Greg Kerkvliet celebrated a dominating win over Michigan’s Lucas Davison in the 285-pound weight class.
Kerkvliet, ranked No. 1 nationally, controlled the match from start to finish, earning a 12-4 major decision victory. The win was part of Penn State’s 30-9 dual meet victory over the Wolverines.
“Greg’s performance was impressive,” said Penn State head coach Cael Sanderson. “He’s been working hard to improve his technique, and it’s paying off.”
Kerkvliet’s win improved his season record to 18-0, with 10 bonus-point victories.
