Deal completed: Bears Sign DB Nick McCloud and OL Drew Dalman..
The Chicago Bears have made two key signings, inking defensive back Nick McCloud and center Drew Dalman to contracts.
McCloud, a veteran defensive back, brings significant experience to the Bears’ secondary. He has played for several teams, including the Buffalo Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals.
“We’re excited to add Nick to our roster,” said Bears General Manager Ryan Poles. “He’s a talented player who can help us in the defensive backfield.”
Dalman, a young center, was signed to provide depth on the Bears’ offensive line. He has played for the Atlanta Falcons and the Carolina Panthers.
“Drew is a solid player who can help us on the O-line,” Poles said. “We’re looking forward to seeing him compete in training camp.”
The signings of McCloud and Dalman are the latest moves in the Bears’ efforts to rebuild their roster. With free agency and the draft still to come, the team is expected to make more moves in the coming weeks.
