Over 1,000 players have entered the transfer portal since it opened last Monday.

Penn State has up to six roster spots available for 2025-26, so it will be active in the portal to fill out its roster. Over the past week, the Nittany Lions have contacted numerous players in the portal. Below is a roundup of those potential additions.

PG Izaiah Pasha (Delaware)

If there’s one player Mike Rhoades and company appear to be prioritizing early, it’s Delaware transfer guard Izaiah Pasha.

Pasha was in Happy Valley for a visit last weekend, and he would fill a need at point guard if Penn State can land his commitment. The CAA Rookie of the Year averaged 11.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.9 assists while shooting 51.7% from the field, 33.3% from deep and 76.9% at the stripe.

The Harrisburg native has the Nittany Lions in his top 10 final schools, but also has Villanova on his list. So, if he wants to return to his home state, Penn State has competition.

PF Amarri Monroe (Quinnipiac)

The Nittany Lions have reached out to Quinnipiac transfer forward Amarri Monroe. The MAAC Player of the Year brings size, standing at 6-foot-7 and weighing 220 pounds.

Monroe scored the ball well with the Bobcats in 2024-25, averaging 18.1 points and 9.1 rebounds. The forward shot 40.5% from the field, but he’s not really a threat to stretch the floor at the four, shooting 27.3% on 187 3-point attempts.

PF Milos Ilic (Loyola Maryland)

Loyola Maryland transfer Milos Ilic is another power forward Penn State reached out to last week. At 6-foot-10 and 235 pounds, Ilic has good size for his position.

Ilic has two-way potential for a power-conference team, averaging 14.4 points and 7.5 rebounds with the Greyhounds in 2024-25. The forward shot an efficient 52.4% from the field but might not have the ability to truly stretch the floor, shooting just 32.3% from deep.

G Wes Enis (Lincoln Memorial)

Going from the Division II level to a power conference would be quite the jump in competition, but Penn State has reached out to Lincoln Memorial transfer guard Wes Enis.

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound guard shot 41.1% from 3-point range in 2024-25. Enis would provide long-range shooting ability to the Nittany Lions if they can get his commitment.

Enis’ strong 3-point shot allowed him to average 20.1 points per game. Penn State lacks shooters on the roster, so Enis would fill a need.

G Brit Harris (SC Upstate)

Another guard the Nittany Lions have expressed interest in is SC Upstate transfer Brit Harris. Harris was an efficient shooter in 2024-25, shooting 49% from the field and 37.3% from 3-point range.

Harris provides solid scoring production, averaging 11.6 points in 24.1 minutes per game. At 6-foot-4, Harris has good height for the position, but at 170 pounds, he’s considered undersized.

G Tanahj Pettway (Prairie View A&M)

Penn State has reached out to Prairie View A&M transfer guard Tanahj Pettway, who would add a scoring punch if Rhoades lands his commitment. Pettway tallied 17 points per game on 44.1% from the field in 2024-25, but he wasn’t too efficient on 3-pointers, shooting 32.9% from deep.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound guard had two 30-point games and 14 20-point games this season, showcasing his potential to be a double-figure scorer at the power-conference level.

G Nik Graves (Charlotte)

Charlotte transfer guard Nik Graves, another high-scoring player who’s looking for a new team, has heard from the Nittany Lions since entering the portal.

Graves averaged 17.5 points on 41.7% shooting in 2024-25, but he also might not have the ability to stretch the floor, shooting 32.8% on 3-pointers. He does have good size, though, standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 195 pounds.
