Throwing it back to his old Boss’s debut, Noah Gragson pays tribute to Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s Xfinity Series debut..

Noah Gragson is set to pay tribute to his former boss Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s Xfinity Series debut by recreating his iconic paint scheme at Darlington Raceway. Gragson’s No. 4 Ford Mustang Dark Horse will don the same black and red colors that Earnhardt Jr. used in his very first NASCAR Xfinity Series race in 1996 ¹.
The special livery is part of NASCAR’s “Throwback Weekend” at Darlington, which celebrates the track’s 75th year. Gragson, who drove for Earnhardt Jr.’s JR Motorsports team from 2019 to 2022, collected 13 wins with the team in the NASCAR Xfinity Series ¹.
Fans are loving the tribute, with many taking to social media to express their excitement. “I’m dead! This is beyond bad***!!” one fan wrote, while another added, “Ohhh man now this is COOL!!” ². The Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 6th at 3:00 p.m. ET.
