University Park, PA – The Penn State Nittany Lions wrestling team hosted a sold-out crowd at Rec Hall on Friday night, and they did not disappoint, defeating rival Ohio State 24-12.
The dual meet was highly anticipated, with both teams boasting multiple nationally-ranked wrestlers. The Nittany Lions came out strong, winning seven of the ten bouts contested.
Penn State’s Nick Lee, ranked #2 in the country at 141 pounds, got the crowd on their feet with a dominating 10-2 major decision over Ohio State’s #10-ranked Dylan D’Emilio.
